Have the White House create a position for a Philosopher King.
Said position would be there to aid all administrative positions in arguments, critical thinking, and decisive choices regarding the United States- in ANY subject.
It is essential that this position have constant contact with all other administrative/cabinet positions, including the President in order to ensure proper guidance.
