PETITION
WHEREAS the President is familiar with the use of Executive Orders to influence the gun debate;
WHEREAS military bases and shipping yards have been the victims of multiple active shooter situations;
WHEREAS all military leadership prevent the arming of the rank and file military personnel when on base in the US;
WHEREAS the rank and file military personnel are defenseless when on base in the US;
I PRAY the President create and execute an Executive Order that requires all rank and file military personnel to go armed when on base in the US.
