Since the election that named Donald Trump as the new President-Elect, various acts of terrorism have been committed against American citizens. People of color, the LGBT community and Muslims have reported vandalism, violence, and harassment by Trump supporters. Hate messages have appeared on buildings and in schools along with the Trump's name and "Make America Great Again."
If President-Elect Trump truly wishes to unite the country and represent all Americans, then he must address the hatred that is being perpetuated by his supporters. He must condemn these acts as what they are: terrorism and hate crimes and he must voice that they will not be tolerated by him or any of his cabinet.
