We the people ask the federal government to Propose a new Administration policy:

The President has the Constitutional Advice and Consent of the Senate to Appoint Merrick Garland - Please do it!

Created by S.W. on December 20, 2016

The U.S. Supreme Court is missing a Justice. President Obama CAN fill the vacancy - but only with Merrick Garland.

With no up or down vote, all we have is the Senate's silence. The Supreme Court has repeatedly held that "silence implies consent".

To comply with Marbury v. Madison, we the people ask President Obama to fulfill his Constitutional Duty to appoint Merrick Garland to the U.S. Supreme Court.
