The president has sworn to protect the Constitution of the United States.Tell us Why has he not?

We ask the President to tell us why he has not defended the U.S.Constitution of the United States.
The 1ST freedom of the press , 2ND the right to bear arms, 4TH Protection from Unreasonable Search and Seizure ,5TH Due process deprived of life w/out due process. drone attacks on Americans.
He has broken all of the above what has he done to defend them.
