We the people ask the federal government to Call on Congress to act on an issue:

President Kabila of Congo must go on December 19th, 2016

Created by E.K. on October 26, 2016

Coup d'état constitutional– President Joseph Kabila of the Democratic Republic of Congo who has already been in power for the past 15 years refuses to comply with the mandate term limits, and prefers to just change the laws and constitution that stand in his way. This maneuver constitutes serious human rights violations and would be accompanied by brutal repression against Congolese people who oppose it.
