President Paul Kagame is asking the King of Rwanda Kigeli V Ndahindurwa to return back home.
He pledged to provide him with shelter, transport expenses, and monthly payments which will help the King to survive and to fund King's Foundation.
President Kagame also will respect what the constitution of Rwanda say to the person who ever been the head of state.
