We the people ask the federal government to Change an existing Administration policy:

The President Must Use Emergency Powers to Compel Electoral College to Vote With Majority of Popular Vote Nationwide

Created by K.N. on November 11, 2016

The nationwide election held November 8, 2016, yielded a popular vote winner for President in the person of Hillary Clinton by 400,000 more votes than Donald Trump.

It is the stated policy of the United States that we consider elections legitimate only when voters are fairly represented in a one-person, one-vote manner, always favoring popular vote.

We are about to violate our own policy, and the spirit and intent of the Framers. The Electoral college distorts vote value up to 400%, an illegal disenfranchisement.

President Obama is Constitutionally Empowered to remedy this by declaration of an Emergency and compelling the Electoral College to vote in a manner causing the Popular Vote Winner nationwide to be elected as President.

President Obama should begin this action immediately.
