President Obama and President Elect-Trump hosting a joint news conference to condemn all hate attacks post 2016 election

Created by R.H. on November 11, 2016

In the aftermath of the 2016 election, there have been reports of hateful acts against multiple groups of Americans - hate speech written on buildings, white power shouted in high school classrooms, racist remarks to people of Latino heritage, physical abuse against Asian Americans, and more. This behavior is unbecoming of America. This is not the true America. We need our President and the President-elect to join voices together to condemn these hateful acts and proclaim to our nation that they will not be tolerated and will be persecuted. We want to live out the words of the President-elect, that he will be a President for ALL Americans. This will be a large, visible, and sincere sign to the entire country that he strongly desires to fulfill this promise.
