President Obama, under your presidency US-Cuba relations have started to normalize to the point where you even visited Cuba this year. What you may not realize, is that this was the biggest wish of Ana Belén Montes, ex-Pentagon and DIA analyst on Cuba, who has been imprisoned at FMC Carswell in Fort Worth, Texas since 2002, serving a 25 year sentence. This year we learned she was diagnosed with breast cancer and is undergoing chemotherapy. In light of the current political situation and her medical condition, we urge you to liberate Ana.
President Obama, do what is right and release Ana Belén Montes, she has already served half of her term and doesn't pose a threat. It’s time to leave behind the Cold War, Ana deserves to spend the rest of her life in the arms of those she loves.
