President Obama:
We the people of Puerto Rico kindly ask you:
1- Investigate, prosecute and trial local government figures that have continuosly abused the power that WE the people of Puerto Rico out of trust granted them. Corruption is rampant and shows no signs stopping due to the incompetence of the authorities attending such cases.
2- Crime is at an all time high with an apro.1000 murders in 2012. Illegal drugs, trafficking and drug lords own the streets. They keep the hard working, innocent Puerto Rican's living in fear. Local police is trying their best to regain control of the situation but fail to do so
