President Obama -- Keep your feet off the Resolute desk!

Time and again I see photographs of President Obama with his feet on historic furniture in the Oval Office.
To address this, I petition the President to show some respect for the Office of the President and the Oval Office by keeping his feet off the furniture -- especially the storied Resolute desk. The White House is not his personal home or office, he is only a tenant living there while serving at the behest of the American people. Not only does it show disrespect to the American people, the office and to those who served before him, it teaches our children that such a lack of respect is acceptable while parents face enough challenges raising children in this day and age.
