As a state employee for NC, I find it imperative that you do away with Bush-nomics. Our people are suffering with these high prices on food, gas prices going up and no jobs. How are we suppose to live and provide basics for our families? President Obama, please don't shut us out and don't ignore the people who voted you in and still have faith in you. I have a husband that is disabled due to kidney failure from a donated kidney and Medicaid is making it difficult to get him seen and not create medical bills to pay with money we don't have. State employees for this state have not gotten a raise or any type of increase since 2005, but the white people in my office have promoted themselves and given themselves raises. I guess us minorities don't deserve the same.
