President Obama needs to bypass Bypass the Senate with a Supreme Court Recess Appointment.

President Obama to select a Supreme Court Justice immediately. We are in dire need of a Supreme Court Justice. The GOP members of Congress have manipulated the laws to stall the selection of a Supreme Court Justice. Legally the President has the right to select a recess Supreme Court appointment by having his choice take office immediately, to serve a term that, under the rules, could last almost two years. Citizens of the United States deserve to have a full Supreme Court to uphold the laws and rights for citizens of the United States.
