Barack Obama needs an afro. He had one in college, but for whatever reason he doesn't have one now.
Much like Abraham Lincoln's iconic beard and Theodore Roosevelt's signature mustache, Barack Obama's 'fro would be a lasting legacy of American presidential history. Not only would he be the first African American president, but he would also be the first one with a seriously legit 1970's-inspired hairdo.
Besides, he doesn't have to run for office again, so why not?
