President Obama: NO Chained CPI. NO cuts to Social Security Instead raise the cap on payroll tax to make S.S. solvent.

The Chained CPI will put the burden on Seniors, SS Disability Recipients and Military Disabled Vets. In other words, those least able to afford it, in favor of those who can. This would be a great injustice. Anyway, Social Security is not the problem with the budget. Any short fall can be addressed by raising the cap on the payroll tax.
