President Obama to personally and publicly call for release of imprisoned US citizen in Iran, Rev. Saeed Abedini.

Created by G.B. on January 28, 2013

Have President Obama himself publicly call for release of imprisoned US citizen and pastor Rev. Saeed Abedini. The Obama Admin, State Dept. and Natnl Security Council made statements calling for release of Mr. Abedini. However, nothing sends a more clear and powerful message than having the President of the United States speak directly to the many violations of human rights and violations of universal rights to freedom of religion demonstrated by Iran. While many statements calling for release have been made, the NSC is now stating they haven’t released any written statements on the case. Also calling on every office of government that has any power of influence in regards to this case make clear and demanding statements condemning Iran, calling for the immediate release of Pastor Abedini.
