President Obama we the undersigned ask that you grant a presidential pardon for Richard 'White Boy Rick' Wershe. Mr. Wershe has been imprisoned since 1988 for a non violent drug offense under the now discontinued lifer law. It's unheard of that a person would spend more than 28 years in prison for a non-violent drug crime. This man has done enough prison time for the crime that he has committed and its time to show him some mercy. We ask you to consider granting him a pardon and a second chance as you have done with other non violent drug offenders in the past. He deserves it just as much if not more then anyone.
