During his election campaign, President Obama secured senior votes by his declarations of support of social security and continuing benefits. His budget proposal that includes a chained CPI for social security benefits indicates criminal intent during the campaign to deceive the American people. The Constitution of this country does not grant any president immunity from prosecution via impeachment for crimes against the elderly.
