The President and Janet Napolitano have demanded that agents use prosecutorial discretion to overlook crimes like driving without a license or insurance, or working illegally,or using fake or stolen ss numbers....so that hard working illegals can stay and their kids can be educated at the expense of state and local taxpayers.

Agents of the US government should not be punished for following US Code Law because it is not to the liking of the Democrat party.
Discretion to prosecute or ignore prosecution should be respected and not punished with equality.
