President Obama signed legislation to the limit the amount of Public Funding for Presidential Elections. See attached brochure. http://www.fec.gov/pages/brochures/pubfund.shtml. He should not be using any public funds to campaign for Hillary Clinton. This includes cost for travel expenses, security, housings, flying, etc paid for by public funds.
