A white disabled man was seen on live video Tuesday, January 3, 2017, being tied up, beaten and tortured by a group of Black people in Chicago . The attackers, among other acts, forced the victim to drink water out of a toilet bowl and cursed President-elect Trump. It is imperative for President Obama, as a Chicago native and the nation's first Black president, to strongly speak out and denounce this attack and to take responsibility for the cesspool of hatred and violence his hometown has become during his presidency.
