President Obama use the executive powers to enact immigration reform

Use the executive powers to provide relief for immigrants since Congress won’t. By granting 1- Dreamer's LPR status, 2- RPI status to the parents of a citizen & young people in U.S legally with a pathway to citizenship after 10 years. 3- RPI Status to spouse’s married to LPR person with a pathway to citizenship 4-Allow immediate relatives of U.S. citizens to interview here for (LPR). 5- Substitute employer based (EB) sponsoring program with government sponsoring program, to sponsor (EB) professional workers (H-1B, H-1B1 and E-3 Specialty (Professional) workers instead of traditional sponsorship by companies.6-Increase H1B visa cap / year to 150,000/Year & eliminate per country quota. 7- Secure Border. 8- If above is not possible grant RPI to all undocumented alien's
