since 1996 the poor population of the Democratic Republic of Congo is battered every passing day due to the inability of the Congolese government face as the incursions of foreign armed rebels as well the acts of barbarism that some authorities are perpetrating on its own people . the number of victims is now over 6 million victims. Ask that the US government take leadership in the resolution of this problem, and in the establishment and securisation of democracy in Central Africa.
