President Obama will publicly and immediately remand governmental control to the states and with other measures.

UNDERSTAND AND ACKNOWLEDGE that in order to preserve the Union our government must move to give more power to the states and give less power from an over reaching federal Gov't BEFORE unrest becomes action. Whether the President admits it or not he has divided the country more than any president in the history of this nation. Resolve not to retaliate in physical or political force toward those who speak out against this Gov't in all matters including secession, as they have the right and the duty to speak out and even overthrow an OVER REACHING federal government. Openly rebuke agenda 21 and UN gun bans, repeal the national healthcare law, stop using executive orders as a way to legislate from office and stop all interference by the US Gov't in the free market economy
