The civil war in Syria has been going on for over five years. During this time, over 400,000 people have died, many more have been trapped in Syria unable to flee. The United States has attempted to work with other countries on a solution but so far no solution has been found. As of September 20th, 2016, a cease fire brokered by the U.S. and Russia remains in effect. The United Nations has attempted to bring aid to the civilians in Aleppo, but its convoy was attacked. As a result of the convey attack, the United Nations is suspending aid operations. President Obama,as the leader of the most powerful country in the world, we ask that you do something to help the people of Aleppo. Please airdrop food, water, and medicine to the people of Aleppo.
