President Obama and Congress of the United States; The people of the State of Louisiana and Baton Rouge LA ,call upon you to recover our First Amenement rights of free speech and peaceful assembly. On the days of July 9, 10, & 11, 2016 in the days following the murder of Alton Sterling, the citizens of Baton Rouge, Louisiana, USA, have peacefully protested the city and state to charge the officer responsible. In the City today protestors were met with aggressive SWAT officers advancing on the peaceful protest as if they were riots. People accused of jaywalking are assaulted by officers. Hundreds of citizens are arrested for excersizing rights.The Totalitarian Police of Louisiana have even advanced upon private properties of citizens and assaulted them for peacefully excersizing free speech
