That the President,not only declare a State of Emergency, but make Flint a federal disaster area to address water crisis

A March 31 press release from The City of Flint Water Pollution Control Facility says a mixture of stormwater and sewage was released into the river.
This yet another example of why the crisis in Flint requires federal intervention.While the President has made $5 million available to address the crisis, it is not enough. A federal declaration would make available Individual Assistance and Public Assistance for the affected county and jurisdictions & activation of the Hazard Mitigation Grant Program (HMGP) for all counties within the state.
