The Supreme Court ruled money is votes ignoring previous court rulings and the whole concept of "We the people".
They created their own case law which is not their duty under the Constitution. Congress creates law.
The President takes an oath of office to protect the Constitution above all else. Money is not votes and corporations are not humans. Nor should foreign funds be allowed. "We the people" decide our own goals and future. Each "human citizen" having an equal vote. That is the very essence of democracy.
As party leader Mr President demand an amendment be placed on the ballot of each state to remove Citizens United ruling and remove "personhood" in 2013.
