This is a petition for the President to use his power to call Congress to session for extraordinary matters. The pending fiscal cliff and future credit default are extraordinary. Congress should remain in session through the holidays and new year with all members present until a deal on both has been made. They can adjourn and go home when their job is done - like all Americans from the 98% to the top 2%.
