The President said NO COLA to Seniors in 2016, because cost of Gasoline is down, Drug companies are taking anything save

What's wrong with this picture? Didn't the
President figure out that when he used the excuse that Gasoline is going down that other companies would fill that hole with higher prices?
The Drug companies are going after my Social Security money because we don't pay 3 to 4 bucks a gallon anymore, so they raised drug prices 300 to 400% with a few of my drugs.
I used to pay $3.00 co-pay each a month for two of them and now they are $11.46 each, that's 380% increase, and when I called my drug plan they said oh yeah, we raised those to tier 2 from a tier 1, not very nice when you consider I already pay $174.70 per month for that plan.
Seniors are getting choked, and this President has no clue, are you sick of this, please sign my petition and let the President were not going to take it anymore.
