We the people ask the federal government to Propose a new Administration policy:

The President shall call a special session of Congress to address legislation pertaining to gun control.

Created by J.N. on June 24, 2016

To explain the importance of this action is to review the headlines of newspapers and news reports from cities across America. Our children need protection. Our youth need protection. Our families, friends and loved ones need to be able to rest in the knowledge that walking around in our daily lives is a safe activity, unfettered by the fear of encountering a weapon of mass destruction.
Persuant to Article II, Section 3, clause 2 of the constitution, we ask that the President call Congress back to Washington to address, in a bi-partisan manner, the solution to this very real problem including, but not be limited to, reinstating the Federal Assault Weapons Ban, passing legislation to close the gun show loop-hole regarding background checks, and passing no-fly, no-buy legislation.
