The president should appoint a special prosecutor to the Clinton Email Investigation and recuse Loretta Lynch from the prosecution. The nature of is the investigation is compromised by its the closeness of the Clinton's and their prosecutor. No American whose spouse was under investigation by the FBI would be afforded the privilege to meet privately with the Attorney General. This unnecessarily shakes the confidence of the American people in the Federal Justice system. To support a strong, respected, unbiased, and nonpartisan Justice Department Loretta Lynch should either recuse herself or be removed from the case, and a special prosecutor should be appointed.
