The President, as the Commander in Chief of the Armed Forces, has been a champion of inclusion in our forces. He has assured us that the military command will fix the sexual assault epidemic by themselves, but the numbers show otherwise. He needs to take a bold stance and urge the Senate and the House to pass the bipartisan Military Justice Improvement Act (http://www.gillibrand.senate.gov/mjia) that has been before the Congress the last three years.
