Individuals who agreed to participate in the DACA program will be subject to prosecution and deportation if the incoming administration repeals the program. They came out of the "shadows" in the belief that they would be protected, and they should continue to be protected in good faith. The only way to ensure that they will not be subjected to unfair and targeted prosecution is if President Obama uses his broad pardon power to protect DACA participants by exonerating them for the crime of coming into the country illegally.
