Since the President of the United States = Leader of the Free World, Name the First World Poet that speaks for ALL!

The world needs a poet that has NO political affiliation, except that he/she speaks for All and the lonely One! The Poet should be selected from ANYWHERE, ANYPLACE, ANY RACE, who speaks and empathizes from both sides of the coin, and any side of the die/dice. A real American need NOT be a US Citizen, but who understands that WORDS are stronger than any Pen or Weapon, does not focus on English/Chinese/French/German or even Klingon/Martian, but studies Etymology to its depths! The Poet does not just like words, but LOVES them! Cherishes them! And stays current in world social speak that is now known as the NET!
