No President of the United States should hold court to the World in 140 characters or less. No President should have instant access to reach the entire World at his any given whim. There should be a natural barrier, and time should serve as that barrier. The President's Twitter handle should be reserved for Holiday greetings and maybe cat videos? But, no President should use Twitter to discuss foreign policy or to call out anyone that has upset them that day. Please, create a policy that prohibits Tweeting while one serves as President of the United States.
