Presidential candidates must have served in the armed forces.

Created by G.P. on September 02, 2013

The President of The United States has the title of commander in Chief. To fully understand the title the President should have a first hand basic understanding of the armed forces without any advisors. 1 fully completed service contract in a combat MOS should be a minimum qualification for any president elect.

Any soldier who receives the order to go to war knows the fear of the situation. For a president to know this fear will give a better understanding of what they are ordering others to do.
