We the people of the United States call upon congress to pass legislation requiring presidential candidates to sever all partisan ties to reflect an equitable representation of ALL citizens. Mandate practices that limit campaign topics to the candidates own platform, policies, positions and plans. Prohibit targeted campaigns against opponents by candidates or their supporters and enforce civil debate forums.
