It is a matter of National Security when in the course of an election cycle a candidate, or candidates, show through actions and or words a questionable behavioral trait, that could threaten the classified material they would be briefed on. Any Candidate calling on a foreign nation for assistance to help influence or demagogue an election should be disqualified for seeking the office they are running for and in no way should such person be briefed on matters of National Security. Furthermore this person should be brought before the Congress of the United States for questioning and investigated for treason. May such a rule or law be brought forth to prohibit such behavior when seeking a political office that is subject or could lead to security briefings or matters of National Security.
