We the people ask the federal government to Propose a new Administration policy:

Presidential Decrees via Social Media to Be Vetted by State Department Comity and Backed by State Department explanation

Created by F.H. on January 10, 2017

Any decrees or political statements regarding a foreign state or foreign entity will be vetted by the US Department of State for accuracy, and report on ramifications, signed understanding by sitting president, and submission to all news outlets prior to Social Media release. Given the nature of Social Media and it's limits to concrete & clear communication (e.g., character limits, time restraints, typos, etc.), it is a clear a present danger to the sovereignty of the United States and it's allies. Why else have a DEPARTMENT OF STATE, if not to protect the country, it's reputation, and to clearly communication to other sovereign or otherwise nations and foreign entities accurately and in accordance to treaties, policies and customary norms.
