Presidential Executive Order to Ban all Electronic Weapons, EMP RFID, & COINTELPRO Organized Gang Stalking on Civilians

We are requesting an immediate Presidential Executive Order (EO) to ban all forms of Electronic & Electromagnetic Weapon Technologies, such as EMP, RFID, V2K, & HAARP on Civilians. We also request this EO to include a ban on COINTELPRO Organized Gang Stalking which is often used in these predatory attacks. Many victims are being harassed, stalked, tortured, injured & killed without their knowledge & consent by various secret groups & cults.
