We are requesting an immediate Presidential Executive Order (EO) to Ban all forms of Electronic Warfare: such as DEWs, EMP, RFID Implants, V2K, PsyOp, HAARP, ChemTrails, & Drones on Civilians. We also request this EO to include a Ban on any form of Stalking which is often used in these predatory attacks.
Many surviving victims testified before your Bioethics Commission last year. Also, many states now have passed Laws against these diabolical crimes! These unconscionable travesties are the ultimate crimes against humanity and we are all at risk.
