I, Ms. Francesica Marie Gaint, BS, MBA, CEO, am petitioning that all homeless services, organizations, government funding, and especially philanthropic donations be withdrawn effective immediately on the basis of my three years of "in the trenches" research on this issue. Homeless Veterans are honored & excluded from this petition. The research culminated with what I call "The Dirty South Hustle" in which information will be released to the Media after I have met with key individuals surrounding this petition.
