Even the victim is asking for his release, Mr. Anderson has a Wife & Kids, he owns a business and coaches their kids team.Funny thing about this is By not going to prison He did what we ALL hope happens to very Criminal after getting out. Become a tax paying law abiding citizen of America. I see no Justice in making him go to prison now after the State failed in their job 13 years later. I hope that the State or Feds step up to Right this Wrong!.
