Presidential Pardon for 47 members of Congress.

Created by J.W. on March 13, 2015

Recognizing that it is (and should be) impossible to arrest or try 47 members of Congress for a violation of the Logan Act, yet that, while non-violent, these 47 people committed an action that qualifies in a common sense way as a Betrayal of the United States Government by deliberately undermining ongoing negotiations intended to prevent nuclear weapons proliferation.

We the undersigned request that a criminal investigation be opened with the expectation that, if this rises to the case of a criminal action, a Presidential Pardon will be issued to each of those participating, both acknowledging their actions in a permanent record, and absolving them of the repercussions that cannot effectively be pursued.
