Disenfranchising someone from voting because they made a bad choice in life is ridiculous and childish. It is time our country grew up and gave those whose lives have been affected by out dated laws and policies only meant to bolster the populations of for profit prisons.
Our laws and policies should reflect today's views, the views of the people they are supposed to represent. Lets face facts, the laws on Marijuana are written so those who could profit cannot, with the only winners being big pharma and the drug cartels.
I say give those Americans that have been affected by these policies their lives back.
