Americans with felonies petition President Obama for Presidential Pardons. Of course certain criteria would and must be met, but assuming the following criteria is met a Presidential Pardon would be granted. Criteria is as follows: conviction dates must be at least 10yrs old or older, must be off of probation or parole from last conviction, excludes all convicted sex offenders, and excludes Capital, 1st and 2nd degree murderers. Mr. President this has become necessary because felons even after paying their debt to society are still, years later, paying the price. Society discriminates against felons, for example,and most important, employment and housing, which are almost impossible to get.
