This petition asks the President to create policy that will require all future Presidents by law to release their tax returns prior to being sworn into office. This will ensure our Commander in Chief is constantly working in the best interests of American citizens and not his/her personal business interests. Such policy will compliment the current "blind trust" which a President's business dealings must be kept in and further increase transparency to both American citizens and our global allies.
