We the people ask the federal government to Take or explain a position on an issue or policy:

Presidents or other government leaders should not campaign for any presidential candidate on tax payer money.

Created by L.A. on October 16, 2016

In recent weeks Barack and Michelle Obama have been campaigning for Hillary Clinton around the United States. I would like to make sure that they are using their personal money for that purpose. We need to know that they are paying their staff, traveling (Air Force One fuel) and other expenses out of other own pockets. I for one do not want our hard earned tax dollars endorsing Hillary Clinton. Tax dollars in general should not be used to campaign for any candidate, period.
